Since this is my first posting, let me introduce myself. I'm Christina Dewey and I'm a freelance designer and jewelry-maker. (Warning: I'm going to be marketing myself ad nauseum, so please just patronize me). I like making jewelry because I've found that stores and boutiques seem to cater to a generic, suburban kind of style. I like things that are a bit different and unusual, and a lot of my jewelry is one-of-a-kind because I use found images and I can't remix a particular color of paint to save my life.
In addition to my job(s), I like crocheting rectangular-shaped things, going to the beach to get that salty dry feeling in my skin, making sarcastic remarks like I know what I'm talking about, hula hooping while reading a good book, and arguing with my boyfriend about how moose travel long distances (I say they sneak through suburban backyards in the dead of night; he claims they take the interstate).
Anywho, I hope to use this blog to share super fun things that I find and the occasional rambling rant about how great things would be if I ran the world.
